This is comprised of 4-6 one-hour strategy sessions for mid-level and senior leaders who are ready to level up their careers. Each session comes with some homework
Session 1
We will spend this session discussing your pre-course work. We will discuss your career so far and examine your ‘why’.
Session 2
We will explore your future plans and dig into your limiting beliefs. We will start to drill down into your enablers and how you can hold yourself accountable.
Session 3
Develop your personalised action plan for moving into a more senior leadership role or taking on a new challenge.
Session 4
Recap of the package, assess your progress
Two further check-in calls can be added for sessions 5 and 6 if needed
